Yoga for Mind & Body
with Jasmine @jasmine_badr_movement
Join Jasmine for a course in Daoist Flow, blending Yoga and Qigong to enhance emotional and physical well-being. Qigong, a key branch of traditional Chinese medicine, promotes mental health, stress reduction, and balance through simple movements that cultivate "Qi" (life energy). This practice improves strength, mobility, and flexibility, while research shows benefits for blood pressure, heart rate, stress, respiration, sleep, digestion, and more.
Daoist Flow also incorporates mindfulness, meditation, and breath awareness to support emotional well-being. Suitable for all levels, the focus is on intention and quality of movement, helping you achieve balance, clarity, and a calmer, more connected life.
