ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms is committed to providing an accessible experience for all our visitors, regardless of any disability or impairment. We will always do our utmost to ensure everybody is accommodated, though as our space does have some limitations, we kindly request that if you do have any accessibility requirements or concerns, please do contact us before your visit so that we can discuss how we are best able to meet your needs.

Wheelchair Access

There is a small ramp at each of the 2 front doors, which covers the small step up into the building. The treatment rooms for massage, chiropractic and acupuncture are all on ground floor level, however our class studios are up a flight of stairs, and so unfortunately our classes may be unsuitable for anybody who has difficulty climbing stairs.

WC Facilities

We regret that we do not currently have a fully accessible bathroom, however the ground floor bathroom has step free access and is large enough for a wheelchair to manoeuver, and for a carer to assist a patient if necessary. The door handles and locks in the bathrooms are of an accessible design and placed at the correct height for ease of accessibility.

Transport Options & Parking

There is on street parking directly outside the practice, and available in the surrounding residential roads. For those travelling by public transport there are 3 local bus routes that pass within 10m – 50m of the practice, and a train/tube station 0.4miles away, which are all accessible to Transport for London accessibility standards.
