We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our 24-hour cancellation policy.
Our practitioners are dedicated professionals who carefully plan each session and are dedicated to your individual needs. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill the slot, leaving a gap in the therapist's schedule and a loss of income. To ensure the sustainability of their practices, we have implemented the following:
THERAPIES
Cancellation policy:
Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the therapy session's price will be charged.
Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be considered on an individual basis, but will be reserved for emergency reasons.
Arrival Policy:
Please arrive promptly for your treatment. If you arrive late, the time will be deducted, and the treatment will remain at full price.
Ensure that you fill in your new client form ahead of your treatment. This will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation. You only need to fill this in once for each type of treatment.
By booking a session with The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting our dedicated practitioners.
CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Courses and workshops at The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms are designed to provide you with a structured and enriching learning experience. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, please take note of the following policies:
Admittance Policy:
We encourage punctuality. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
To maintain the integrity of the class, latecomers will not be admitted any later than 5 minutes after the session begins. Beyond this point, entering the room is disruptive and may compromise your experience and well-being. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early for a seamless start to your class and day.
2. Credit and Refund Policy:
Your course credits are invaluable, and they are non-transferable.
Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or credit returns for missed classes.
In case of a course cancellation, we offer a refund or the option to use the credit for another course.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the course start date are not eligible for refunds. Outside of this timeframe, refunds are available upon request, or passes can be seamlessly transferred to another course or a later cohort of the cancelled course.
3. Makeup Sessions:
We understand life's unpredictability. If a teacher is ill or cancels a session, a makeup session will be scheduled to ensure the course's intended duration.
4. Class Logistics:
Enhance your experience by bringing your own mat.
Access to our Yoga & Pilates classes involves climbing two flights of stairs.
Stay hydrated; remember to bring a water bottle for class. We provide a water machine for your convenience.
For our pregnant students, we prioritize your safety. If you're in the first trimester, we recommend refraining from classes until 12 weeks for Pregnancy-specific classes and 14 weeks for a general-level Yoga or Pilates class. Our teachers may refuse entry based on safety considerations.
5. Expiration:
Maximise your investment – class packages expire 12 months after purchase.
