Week 1
Hips focus
Unlock and strengthen your hips with gentle movements designed to increase flexibility and ease tension. We'll explore exercises that open up the hip joints, reduce stiffness, and improve overall hip mobility, helping to alleviate pain and enhance your daily movements.
Week 2
Back focus
Explore exercises tailored to improve back mobility and relieve discomfort. We'll focus on gentle stretches and strengthening movements that target the entire back, promoting a healthy spine and reducing tension and pain. Learn techniques to support your back and prevent future issues.
Week 3
Neck & Shoulders focus
Focus on techniques to reduce tension and enhance the range of motion in your neck and shoulders. We'll address common areas of tightness with gentle exercises and stretches that release built-up stress, improve posture, and increase your ability to move freely without pain.
Week 4
Knees & Ankles focus
Strengthen and stabilise these crucial joints for better movement and injury prevention. Through targeted exercises, we'll work on enhancing the flexibility, strength, and stability of your knees and ankles, helping to reduce pain and improve your overall mobility and balance.
Week 5
Dynamic focus
Integrate what you've learned with gentle, dynamic exercises that support overall body function. We'll combine movements from previous weeks into fluid, full-body exercises that promote coordination, strength, and flexibility, ensuring your body works harmoniously.
Week 6
Full body integration
Combine all the techniques and exercises from previous weeks for a holistic approach to movement and rehabilitation. This final week focuses on bringing everything together, providing a comprehensive workout that supports your entire body's health and well-being, promoting lasting pain relief and improved function.

These sessions are each 60mins in length and the course is priced at £100 for 6 weeks. However, book 4 weeks before your course starts and enjoy a £15 Early Bird Discount automatically applied at checkout.

We have a strict latecomers policy. Latecomers will not be admitted any later than 5 minutes after the commencement of the session. Past this point, it will be disruptive for you to enter the room, and since you will not have warmed up properly, heading into class this late may also be damaging for your body. We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early so the class and your day can run on time.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the course starting will not be refunded.
Cancellations outside of 72 hours of the course start will be refunded upon request, otherwise, the passes can be transferred to another course (or a later cohort of the cancelled course).
There is no refund offered for missed sessions within the course.
If we are required to cancel a class due to teacher illness, we will offer a make-up session the week following the last session of the course.
The teacher may choose to cancel a course if a low number of people sign up. Please book in as early as you can to stop this from happening! Your pass will automatically be returned to your Mindbody account in this incidence. You can request a refund if you want one, otherwise, the passes can be transferred to another course (or a later cohort of the cancelled course).
