Hannah Hampson

Holistic, Remedial & Deep Tissue Massage - Level 4.

Hannah (@dollylama_massage) has recently returned from Melbourne where she has spent the last five years offering massage - she trained in remedial massage and specialised in holistic care and pregnancy massage. Working within a women's health centre and a chiropractor service she found her own unique, dynamic style.

Hannah came to massage after a career in mental health and trauma informed support services. She has worked with and supported chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, exercise therapists, yoga and Pilates instructors - tailoring treatments to the needs and expectations of the clients.

Jo Selwood

Following a 10 year career as a dancer, during which Jo pushed her body to its physical limits, she began exploring ways to heal through movement, including dance, yoga and various somatic therapies.

Jo is a certified yoga teacher, massage therapist and TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider.

Jo trained in Raynor Massage, a holistic system of bodywork rooted in various Eastern styles and theories which consider the physical and subtle energetic bodies as interrelated.

Our life force energy (prana or chi) and the way it flows can be affected by physical, emotional and mental stressors and each affect the other.

Jo’s approach to massage is intuitive and intentional. Through meeting the body with full presence and compassion it is invited to let go and for tension to unravel. She works with the nervous system to calm and soothe and relieve tension in a way that the body and whole being can integrate, encouraging longer lasting benefits.

Jo uses a combination of Swedish and deep tissue techniques as well as Thai Yoga massage and joint mobilisation. She uses the appropriate techniques to suit the individual, in order to support and contain or to energise and move stagnant energy
