We wanted to take a moment to share an update with our community.

At The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms, our mission has always been to support your health and well-being through expert care, evidence-based treatments, and a warm, welcoming space. We're proud of the trust you place in us, and we remain committed to providing the highest quality care in everything we do.

To continue delivering this level of service—working with experienced practitioners, maintaining our beautiful space, and offering a wide range of therapies—we’ll be making some small updates to our pricing from 15th April 2025.

We know that pricing changes are always something to consider, and we want to be transparent with you about what’s changing.

Updated Pricing – Effective 15th April 2025

Chiropractic

• Initial Appointment: £80 (no change)

• Follow-Up: £50

• 6-Pack: £47 per session (£282 total)

• 12-Pack: £45 per session (£540 total)

• Re-examination Appointment: £65

Acupuncture

• Initial Appointment: £80

• Follow-Up: £75

• 6-Pack: £70 per session (£420 total)

Massage Therapy

• Advanced Clinical Massage (1hr): £75 (no change)

• Other Massage (1hr): £75

• 30-Minute Massage: £45

• 90-Minute Massage: £105

• Massage Packages:
   – 3 x 60min: £70 per session (£210 total)
   – 6 x 60min: £66.50 per session (£399 total)

Naturopathic Medicine

• Initial Appointment: £150

• Follow-Up Appointment: £90

• Pack (Initial + 2 Follow-Ups): £300 (£140 + 2 x £80)

Strength & Conditioning

• Introductory Offer: £50 trial session
  (replacing the previous 5-pack option)

We completely understand that pricing changes can be something to consider. These updates allow us to continue investing in what matters most: our team of expert practitioners, the high-quality treatments you know and love, and the welcoming space we’ve created for your care.

If you’d like to take advantage of our current prices, please note:

• Appointments attended on or before 14th April 2025 will be charged at the current rates.

• Appointments from 15th April onwards will be charged at the updated prices, regardless of when they were booked.

• Wellness packages purchased before 15th April will be honoured at the current package rate and remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.
